Import Files

You can send all the files to translation in one of following format at the time, unless proper extension is set up for every files:

• .TXT - Text Files
• .HTML, .HTM - HTML Files
• .SQL, .CSV, .DB - Data-Base oriented Files
• .XML - XML Files
• .SVG - Scalable Vector Graphics Files
• .RTF - Reach Text Files
• Other formats can be individually ordered and processed

ASCII or UTF-8 source files for translations is required.
Valid source files to translator are decoded individually with proper format decoder.
Text is translated single line at once - please do not contain more than one sentences in single line. Please don't put "Enter" in the middle of sentence.
If some words shouldn't be translated please attach notranslate.txt file containing each exception in single line.
If not all languages are required please attach langstotranslate.txt file containing each Language Code for translation in single line.
We process initial checking of the file structure during import and give an feedback to the customer in case of errors for improvement, as we don't want to modify your data.
Please do not use single quotations ' in whole text and HTML tags (eg. alt, title) - Replace all of them with double quotations ". Some languages use them as accents and it can damage output file structure.
Best result translation is achieved from English source files.
In case of files errors we send report, and customer must remove errors himself.

Manual Adjustments

In special cases, we may modify punctuation marks, quotations for valid translation for some "exotic" languages.

We process all languages translations with AI Machine Translator.
Invalid words and some shortcuts are not translated.

Machine Verification

The Translation Results are machine-checked, verified and compared back to the source. The report of non changed text is generated for the owner for manual verification.

Export Files

Translations are exported to files with original source format as: your_files.* -> <%Language_code%>/your_files_translated.*
You can use translated web pages or in CMS in 2 variants:

• on wildcard (*) sub-domain as Language Code eg. ar.yourdomain.com/your_file_name.htm for arabic language. Universal solution which does not break main domain files & directory structure. Subdomain is mirrored, translated text copy of main domain with the same file/directory structure and names/links
• on directory with name Language Code eg. yourdomain.com/af/your_file_name.htm for africaans language. This solution may break main domain file & directory structure. It is not recommended unless it is new page and have flat structure (no nesting directories)

We can provide simple PHP script for displaying multilanguage content based on designed template based on subdomains or directories structure.

Machine Translation Service Pricing

• Price depends on file format (.TXT) is the cheapest FormatCoeficient which is Static coeficient. However, in case of big or frequent orders we may grant discount to this coeficient
• We can import any data structure which requires additional programming of decoder/encoder "as a Service", and it is extra payed individully depending on complicity DataPreparationPrice

• Prices depends on file sizes in kilo bytes (KB) to translate FilesSizeKB taken as integer value + 1 of each file (eg. 0.9 => 1, 4.1 => 5)
